close to the highway, and to where I needed to work. staff was helpful when I needed a late check-out and were accommodating when I needed a room away from the elevator so I could sleep as I got back at weird times. bed was comfy, room was clean for the most part.

Great value for a nice and unexpected stay in Hamilton. The staff were really nice and helpful and the small bar and restaurant served a great breakfast. The location was great for us and had a few restaurants and a Walmart in walking distance

The hotel was conveniently located just off the highway on the way to Niagara Falls, so very convenient. The room was comfortable and quiet, if slightly tired. Appreciated the coffee machine and the friendly welcome at reception.

The staff greeted us with smiles, humor and complimentary bottles of water. Our room was comfortable and clean and there was a sense of ease to the environment. There was an excellent complimentary coffee bar in the lobby.
